It’s a BIG deal when Jupiter-the-Great changes signs. On Tuesday, Jupiter enters Virgo, the sign of work, health, diet, service, and small animals. This may not be the year to advance your big career dreams, but you just may get a great job. Details, especially about employment, religion, health, publishing, teaching can become even more significant. As Jupiter enters Virgo, it conjuncts Regulus, the Royal Star of Persia. You may feel encouraged to take more pride in your work and can become more successful – if you stand up to challengers and other trolls without becoming a blowhard.

This year may see a new cycle of growth in rentals, pet ownership, wages, and the desire to learn.

Friday is the New Moon in Leo. The Sun rules the sky, and the charts. The Sun in Leo is joined by the Moon, and also by Retrograde Venus, quickly approaching a conjunction with the Sun (exact the day after the New Moon, Saturday the 15th). All 3, Sun, Moon, and Venus are trine Uranus. Both Venus and Uranus are Retrograde. We may find ourselves moving – backwards – at warp speed. Especially if you use power, manipulation, or good ol’ cruelty as a strategy. Being detached can make you ruthless, seemingly a direct line to your goals, while taking you backwards – faster than your thoughts can travel.
