This is short and quick, but important.
If you use Gmail to receive email from us, you may have noticed
a new feature whereby Gmail is doing auto filters on your behalf.
This applies if you’re using Google Apps as well.

If you haven’t seen this yet (you will) emails are being divided
into 3 categories: Primary, Social, and Promotions. This means any
email that comes in from someone you haven’t yet tagged as a
“primary” will be thrown into the “promotions” box where you
might miss it/overlook it.

Please adjust your email settings &/or hang on to these
instructions until Gmail switches you over (it’s happening in stages)

#1. Drag any of our emails into the “Primary” tab.
#2. Click “Yes” when the alert pops up.

You also have the option of completely removing these new tabs by
going to your “Settings” box in the upper right hand corner of your
inbox. Click on the “Inbox” tab and unselect all categories but
“Primary.” Save your changes.

Artcharts fills all orders promptly, so check your folders if you have
not made these changes.
